Job summary

ANZCO Foods Canterbury in Ashburton seeks a Health and Safety Injury Management Advisor to coordinate injury management, rehabilitation and return-to-work processes. Qualifications

• Experience in injury management and rehabilitation is essential.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation is required.
• Experience coordinating return-to-work processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health and safety inductions and site initiatives.
• Support audits and continuous health and safety improvement.
• Coordinate injury claims and rehabilitation with ACC and providers.
• Develop return-to-work plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure policy compliance.
