Job summary

Rotorua Lakes Council is looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Security Specialist to maintain, enhance, and protect our technology environment.

In this hands-on role you’ll manage ICT infrastructure, cloud services, identity and access, and security projects, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver secure, resilient outcomes for the council and community.

This hands-on position combines infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity, vendor management, and project delivery to ensure our systems remain secure, resilient, and fit for purpose. Working across cloud services, networks, identity and access management, endpoints, monitoring platforms, and business technology systems, you’ll help deliver technology solutions that enable Council to operate effectively and securely.
