Job summary

Mana College and Porirua School are collaborating to appoint a Learning Support Coordinator who will work across the Porirua West area. The role involves 2 days at Mana College and 3 days across other primary schools, focusing on learning and wellbeing for ākonga.

The successful applicant will collaborate with kaiako, whānau and external agencies, lead learning support priorities with leadership teams, and build capability to support diverse learning needs in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Current teaching practising certificate and relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience supporting learning needs in classrooms.
• Ability to work across schools and build relationships with ākonga/whānau.

Responsibilities
