You will work with leadership, teachers, whānau, specialists and external agencies to strengthen inclusive practice across the school and help every learner thrive, upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally sustaining practice.

Qualifications

• The learning support coordinator plays a key role in ensuring children with additional learning needs are identified early and receive coordinated, effective support.
• They will share our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally sustainable practice.
• Working alongside the leadership team, teachers, whānau, specialists and external agencies, the successful applicant will be experienced to strengthen inclusive practice across the school and help ensure every learner can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate support for learners with additional learning needs.
• Collaborate with leadership, teachers, whānau and external agencies to foster inclusive practice.
