Job summary

Respect Together seeks a SANE Coordinator to support and enhance SANE and SART programs across Pennsylvania, building partnerships with nonprofit and state agencies to promote professional, victim-centered medical and forensic responses to acute sexual assault survivors.

The role requires strong nursing background, SANE-A plans, and at least five years of PA experience. Remote-friendly, 30 hours/week, with occasional travel and a Pennsylvania base.

Qualifications

• Solid background and knowledge of SANE operations, programs, policies, and protocols.
• Strong research, training, and writing skills and familiarity with nursing continuing education.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and pay attention to details.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and coordinate activities while maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to SANEs, healthcare providers, advocates, law enforcement, prosecutors, and other professionals.
• Support and enhance SANE programs and SARTs.
• Decrease program isolation and create networking opportunities among programs.
• Host PA SANE coordinator meetings and attend PCAR meetings.
• Identify training needs and coordinate webinars.
