Job summary

Responsibilities

• Care for a group of ICU patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to care team members.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient vitals and assessments.
• Respond to medical emergencies for critical patients and coordinate discharge planning.
• Ensure continuity of care after discharge through proper referrals.
• Demonstrate high emotional intelligence to enhance patient experience.
