Job summary

ACCIONA is delivering New Zealand’s Northland Corridor project and invites a Finance Manager to lead the full finance function for this major initiative. You will own financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial controls and contractual requirements, partnering with commercial and site teams to translate data into clear insights.

Based in Auckland with move to an office between Warkworth and Wellsford, you will mentor the finance team and support audits,

Qualifications

• CA, CPA or equivalent finance qualification.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure finance.
• Strong financial modelling and reporting skills.
• Sound knowledge of contract and cost management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow models.
• Monitor project costs against contract and budget.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and policy.
• Partner with commercial and site teams on decisions.
• Support audits, insurance and tax requirements.
• Guide and develop finance team members.
