This permanent position is a 30-hour guaranteed work week, with strong IT and web skills essential to ensure smooth operation, content updates and security across our online channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website and online ordering platform.
• Update website content, menus, pricing, promotions and other online information.
• Monitor the website and online ordering system to ensure they operate effectively.
• Identify and resolve website and technical issues.
• Liaise with external website, software and IT service providers when required.
• Manage website security, backups, software updates and general website maintenance.
• Monitor website performance and implement improvements.
