Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Technical Training Advisor to transform technical expertise into engaging learning experiences. Reporting to the Content & Design Lead, you’ll develop technically accurate and accessible training content for Gallagher Security products.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Training Delivery, and Learning Design teams, you will ensure customers, partners, and internal teams have access to high-quality learning that builds knowledge and confidence.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear learning content.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Gallagher Command Centre and Gallagher Security hardware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical input to create, review and improve learning content.
• Review learning designs and modules for technical accuracy and clarity.
• Write clear technical content turning complex concepts into practical learning.
• Stay updated on Gallagher Security product developments including Command Centre and hardware.
• Support training system testing and maintain high-quality training assets.
• Respond to training system queries and provide trainee feedback.
