Job summary

Woolworths Group in Auckland, New Zealand is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Planning professional to turn operational data into actionable stock optimization strategies across Distribution Centers and 3PL partners.

You will model demand against network constraints, manage stock allocation, and drive end-to-end planning improvements with cross-functional teams in Inbound, Capacity, and Demand Planning.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to model 'what-if' scenarios and identify opportunities.
• Strong technical skills in Excel and Google Suite with data analysis experience.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain planning, forecasting or analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Model demand against network constraints to identify bottlenecks.
• Manage stock allocation to fit DC constraints and planning horizon.
• Intervene on capacity breaches by adjusting stock flow or purchasing.
• Validate data, build analytical models, and recommend improvements.
• Lead and coordinate with Inbound, Capacity, Supply and Demand Planning teams.
• Support peak periods with network-wide availability plans.
