You will bring a strong residential portfolio, expert client communication, and coordination with structural engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet codes, budgets, and timelines across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional registration as an Architect preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of residential design experience.
• Proven portfolio of residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering.
• Strong understanding of residential building codes.

Responsabilidades

• Design custom residential homes, including new builds, renovations, and extensions.
• Develop conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and zoning regulations.
• Conduct site assessments and measure existing conditions.
• Manage projects through the design and permitting phases.
