Ara Poutama Aotearoa is seeking a People Adviser in Auckland to partner with frontline managers, provide general HR advice, and support people-related initiatives to lift capability and performance across the Department.

You will work in a hybrid environment, travel to multiple sites as required, hold a Full NZ Driver's Licence, and bring strong relationship-building, communication, and legislation knowledge to help meet business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience providing generalist HR advice and support to managers and staff.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
• Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal skills.
• Ability to build strong, professional working relationships.
• Comfort working with a variety of systems, platforms and technologies; quick to pick up new systems.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment; travel to multiple sites; full NZ Driver's Licence.
