Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Technology background is beneficial but not required.
- Experience with Agile delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing development and enhancement of LIC products and systems.
- Adhere to LIC’s SDLC (SAFe, Agile, Kanban, Scrum).
- Elicit and validate requirements from stakeholders.
- Refine concepts and initiatives for high-level design.
- Define initiatives focusing on scope, value and outcomes.
- Communicate requirements clearly for team understanding.
- Validate designs with stakeholders and customers.
- Understand LIC system roadmaps and ensure alignment.
- Champion effective communication between business and tech teams.
