Tiaki Wai in Petone seeks a Connections Administrator to support the Compliance and Major Developments Team. The role covers administration, financial tasks, customer service and coordination for water connection and land development compliance applications.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a salary range of NZ$66,954–NZ$94,524 per year (KiwiSaver included). Flexible working options up to 2 days from home, professional development, and 5 weeks’ annual leave after two years.

Formación

• Experience in administration, customer service, coordination or business support role with ability to manage high-volume workloads.
• Strong financial administration skills, including invoicing, purchase orders and payment processing.
• Excellent organisational skills with experience maintaining accurate records and report preparation.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and maintaining the Tiaki Wai Connections team inbox.
• Coordinating team and external party meetings, agendas and minute taking.
• Receiving, triaging and responding to customer enquiries and applications.
• Maintaining application tracking, workflow information and all records.
• Monitoring service levels, staff charging time recording and expenditure.
• Raising purchase orders and working with finance to prepare invoices and track payments.
