Job summary

Momentum Consulting in Auckland is seeking a Communications & Engagement Specialist to support a major infrastructure project and contribute to the wider communications team. The role is varied with hands-on project communications, stakeholder engagement and content delivery.

You'll join two Auckland offices with flexibility to work from home one day per week, and you should bring 3–6 years' experience in communications or engagement and a proactive, client-facing approach.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years' experience in communications (and ideally engagement)
• Strong writing skills across multiple channels
• Excellent organisation with ability to juggle priorities

Responsibilities

• Developing and coordinating communications collateral, including newsletters, website updates and project communications.
• Managing project enquiries and communications inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Coordinating stakeholder events and engagement activities, from venue sourcing through to logistics and attendance.
• Supporting the delivery of communications and engagement plans across a complex project environment.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, project stakeholders and external partners.
