Cater Care is seeking a Client Development Manager to drive growth across Aged Care and Inpatient Healthcare portfolios. Based on the East Coast with up to two days per week at home, you will identify opportunities, pitch clients, and close high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales and new business growth.
• Experience in Aged Care, Healthcare, or facilities management is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new contract catering opportunities in aged care and healthcare.
• Build a robust B2B sales pipeline using market research and prospecting.
• Lead tender submissions, proposals, and pitches with the brand/communications team.
• Develop executive relationships to promote Cater Care in the market.
• Deliver against sales targets and revenue growth goals.
• Monitor industry trends to position Cater Care as a market leader.
