Job summary

Heritage Lifecare is seeking a Regional Business Manager based in Christchurch, NZ, with travel across the wider region. You will drive business performance, foster strategic relationships, and support managers to achieve desired outcomes.

You will identify revenue opportunities, manage costs, and ensure high standards of service across the portfolio while coordinating with internal stakeholders. A strong healthcare background and adaptability are highly valued.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in a complex environment.
Experience in healthcare or aged care is highly desirable.
Able to adapt style to different teams and situations.
Strong data-informed decision making and business acumen.
Comfortable handling operational complexity and difficult conversations.
