New Zealand Police in Wellington is seeking an HR Assistant to join the Human Resources Support Services team at Police National Headquarters. You will handle HR administrative duties with discretion and provide excellent service to customers and stakeholders.
The role requires strong administration, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to manage confidential matters and work to deadlines. A tertiary qualification is desirable, and the position is based in Wellington.

As an HR Assistant, you will demonstrate a high level of competence in the performance of all HR administrative duties. In addition, you will possess well developed interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and be able to provide excellent service to our customers and stakeholders.
Your ability to be discrete in relation to confidential matters and the use of your initiative to solve complex tasks will be necessary for success in this role.

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $64,161 and $66,975 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
