Vinarchy invites an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead safety, environmental and quality initiatives in New Zealand. Based in Marlborough with flexible working arrangements, you will drive strategic and operational HSEQ programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with Vinarchy's global framework.

You will collaborate with operational leaders, technical teams and global stakeholders to embed a culture of safety and quality across the business.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading HSEQ teams in manufacturing, FMCG, or wine sectors.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic HSEQ leadership for NZ operations.
• Ensure compliance with NZ health and safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
• Oversee injury management, investigations, and risk reviews.
• Lead HSEQ projects to improve operational, environmental and quality performance.
• Coach and develop a high-performing HSEQ team.
• Engage regulators, auditors, and industry bodies.
