We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong employment relations capability who is confident working in a busy environment where good judgement and practical advice matter.
You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, providing advice and coaching across a broad range of HR and ER matters. You’ll take ownership of complex and sensitive issues, helping leaders navigate challenging situations and ensuring people matters are managed fairly, consistently, and in line with company policy and employment law.
You’ll also contribute to organisational change, collective bargaining, union engagement, and initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and people practices across the business.
