Fullers360 is looking for an HR Advisor to join our Auckland team. You will provide day-to-day HR advice, support investigations and disciplinary meetings, and assist with recruitment tasks during our busy summer season.
With a hybrid work model, you will work closely with the HR Manager and stakeholders, navigating NZ Employment Law and employment agreements. Based at our office, you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing HR team serving 350+ colleagues.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this newly created role will provide you with a supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and exposure to a wide range of HR matters. This will see you providing day to day HR advice, assisting with employment investigations/disciplinary meetings, reporting, alongside supporting with recruitment related tasks, predominantly during our busy summer recruitment season.
With much of our business operating under three Collective Agreements across two unions, this role offers valuable exposure to union engagement. There will also be opportunities to support and observe collective bargaining activities, providing excellent development in this area.
We’re seeking a go-getter with the ability to implement ideas and suggestions effectively by pulling in support when needed. Due to the hybrid nature of the role, you’ll have a keen eye for detail with a sense of urgency, working quickly and efficiently.
To set you up for success you’ll hold a minimum two years’ relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment. This includes the adaptability to flex your style to influence and achieve positive outcomes and actions with all your stakeholders.
