Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required
• A valid New Zealand work visa or be a New Zealand citizen (we DO NOT sponsor applicants)

• Restocking: Ensure all rooms are fully supplied with fresh towels, linens, and complimentary toiletries.
• Guest Assistance: Promptly respond to guest requests for extra items or assistance with a professional and friendly manner.
• Safety & Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with fellow housekeepers to meet daily room turnover targets.
