Job summary

Accor Corporate Office in Central Auckland seeks a skilled Hotel Finance Officer to support monthly and yearly financial reporting across a portfolio of hotels. You will ensure accurate processing of revenue, AP and AR, and contribute to robust controls and efficient accounting processes.

You will bring 2–3 years of hotel accounting experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel, SUN System, Micros POS and Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in hotel accounting, including A/P and A/R
• Excellent proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Office, SUN System, Micros POS and Opera PMS

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly/ yearly close and reporting for portfolio of hotels
• Process daily revenue files and balance flash reports
• Oversee day-to-day AP workflow, review payments and resolve queries
• Reconcile bank accounts and prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Support audit preparation and ad hoc reporting as requested
