SOUL Auckland is seeking a hands-on leader to work closely with the General Manager to increase revenue, grow the event business and strengthen brand presence. You will drive commercial growth, manage events, marketing and partnerships, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, industry partners and guests in Auckland's hospitality scene.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events, marketing, sales or business development.
• Premium hospitality environment experience required.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven revenue growth.
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new corporate and event business.
• Build relationships with key clients, event planners, hotels and tourism partners.
• Develop strategies to increase event, private dining and group booking revenue.
• Conduct venue tours and client presentations.
• Grow SOUL's corporate client base and repeat business.
• Drive event sales opportunities alongside the Functions Manager.
• Develop new event packages and experiences.
• Manage SOUL's annual marketing calendar and execute campaigns and promotions.
• Oversee social media strategy and content planning.
• Develop strategic partnerships that support revenue growth and brand exposure.
