Job summary

Accor Wellington is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across our hotel portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will guide the maintenance team, coordinate preventative and corrective tasks, and ensure high safety and service standards for guests and staff.

The role requires a trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, proven supervisory experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Engineering team on shift.
• Coordinate and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Manage contractors and ensure work meets required standards.
• Monitor building services, plant equipment and safety systems.
• Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation.
