Job summary

Bethany Hospice & Palliative Care seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support compassionate patient care in western Pennsylvania. Roles can be full-time, part-time, PRN, or weekends with daylight hours and meaningful patient interaction.

You will travel between patient locations to provide high-quality care, working with a team of nurses, social workers, chaplains and volunteers to support families.

Qualifications

• Certification for PA
• Minimum of one-year direct patient care experience. Hospice experience preferred.
• Understanding of Hospice philosophy and the needs of the terminally ill.
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle insured per state requirements.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• Two step TB test or CDC-accepted equivalent.
• Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
• Desire to be part of the best hospice team in western Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients at multiple locations within the hospice program.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains and volunteers to meet patient needs.
