We are looking for Team Leaders for our busy horticulture company. This is a full-time permanent position and will consist of managing a team of 4 to 8 workers who are working in our contracted orchards.

To be considered for this position you will have at least two years of work experience or a qualification at level 4 or above. You should be able to work independently to reach goals. You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames.

Formación

• Two years of work experience or a Level 4+ qualification.
• Ability to work independently to reach goals.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of 4–8 workers in contracted orchards.
• Prepare time and wage records for staff.
• Create reports for work and communicate with farmers and growers.
• Assist with financial transactions and work with supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
• Solely responsible for team to maintain a high standard of work and staff training.
