BNZ is seeking a Home Loan Specialist for our New Plymouth store on Devon Street East. You will advise customers on home lending products and guide them through onboarding and lending arrangements, in person or by phone.

You’ll support customers through the home lending journey, providing high-quality advice and tailored solutions to help them achieve their home ownership goals. You’ll work with customers in person and over the phone, keeping them informed and supported as their onboarding and lending is arranged. **The experience and strengths you’ll bring:** This role would suit someone who already has experience in home lending and understands the lending process, customer conversations, and compliance requirements involved.
