Job summary

Frontpoint Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for home health in Crowley, TX. The PRN per-visit role supports evaluating and delivering occupational therapy services in patients' homes under supervision of an licensed OT.

The position requires COTA certification, at least 1 year of home health experience, and strong communication. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential, with Kinnser/Wellsky experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the occupational therapist in evaluating patients and developing treatment plans.

• Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the occupational therapist and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families about occupational therapy and home exercise programs.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines for occupational therapy services.
