Job summary

Access Community Health is seeking caring, reliable people for a varied, fast-paced Domestic Assistance role supporting clients in their own homes. No qualifications are required—we will support you through structured induction, ongoing training, refreshers, and clear development pathways.

Your duties include day-to-day household tasks (kitchen and bathroom cleaning, basic meal preparation, laundry) and delivering safe, respectful, person‑centred support.

Qualifications

• Reliable transport and a valid NZ restricted or full driver’s licence.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Committed to culturally safe, respectful support for people from all backgrounds.
• Willing to learn, reflect, and adapt your approach to what matters to each person.
• Availability to continue working through school holidays (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support people in their own homes with day-to-day household tasks.
