Job summary

Access Community Health is seeking support workers to assist clients in their own homes in Aotearoa. You’ll help with daily living activities, promote wellbeing, and respect individual choices and cultural values. Training is provided, and roles offer flexible hours with weekend shifts and allowances.

Applicants should enjoy helping people thrive, be reliable, and committed to culturally safe care. A smartphone and a NZ work entitlement, plus a valid driver’s license, are required.

• Must own a smartphone to support clients.

Responsibilities

• Support tāngata with individual care needs and daily living activities in clients’ homes.
• Provide safe, respectful, person-centered care while respecting culture, routines and boundaries.
• Attend comprehensive paid training and adhere to organisational guidelines.
