Genius Early Years, a Ministry of Education licensed provider, seeks passionate Homebased Educators, Au Pairs and Nannies to join our growing team. You can work from home, nurture children, and build a supportive community.

We offer flexible hours (30-40 per week), competitive income up to 60,000 NZD annually, and free training including First Aid and Level 4 Early Childhood Education qualification for NZ residents. Join a team that values you with ongoing support and marketing help.

Qualifications

• NZ Residents or those with NZQA approved teaching qualifications.
• Level 4 Qualification (free for NZ residents)
• Availability for 30-40 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Work from home as Homebased Educator, Au Pair or Nanny.
• Provide early childhood education and care.
• Participate in ongoing training and Playgroups.
• Receive support from qualified Early Childhood Teachers and business services
