Job summary

PBA Ltd, part of the Unison Group, is seeking an Electrical Project Supervisor (Senior Technical Specialist) to lead high-voltage projects across New Zealand. You’ll manage installations, maintenance and commissioning while guiding a skilled team on site.

Key requirements include proven HV experience, EWRB registration eligibility, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel regularly. A customer‑first mindset and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• HV experience with current or eligible EWRB registration is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.
• Hold a full NZ driver’s licence or be able to obtain one.
• Ability to travel regularly for work across NZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV projects from start to finish and manage installations.
• Guide your team through maintenance and commissioning activities.
• Share knowledge, solve problems, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver on project scope.
• Ensure each job is completed to a high standard and on time.
