Job summary

Wanaka Helicopters Group in Wānaka, New Zealand invites a full-time Instructor/Pilot to join our team of skilled pilots. The role blends flight instruction for our Diploma students and private trainees with commercial and tourism flying, plus ongoing training to expand capabilities across the business.

Qualifications

• CAA NZ CPL(H) is required to operate as an instructor/pilot.
• Minimum 500 PIC hours rotary experience.
• C, B or A category instructor rating required.
• Type ratings on R22 and Cabri (R44, MD500, AS350 preferred)
• Class 1 NZ medical certificate is required.
• New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide flight instruction for Diploma students and part-time private trainees.
• Conduct commercial and tourism flights as part of duties.
• Engage in ongoing training and development across the business areas.
