You will ideally have:
A Trade Certificate in Heavy Diesel Engineering
Proven experience maintaining and repairing heavy vehicles, plant, and equipment
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and hydraulic maintenance
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
A commitment to workplace health and safety
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with workshop and operational teams
A current Class 1 Driver Licence
A Class 2, 4 or 5 Driver Licence would be advantageous
Wheels, Tracks and Rollers (WTR) endorsements would be beneficial
Forklift endorsement (F endorsement) would be advantageous
