Job summary

GN Hearing is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Takapuna, Auckland. You will be involved in producing, repairing, servicing and maintaining ear moulds and hearing instruments to a high standard, ensuring quality and timely turnaround.

You will work collaboratively with Production, Customer Care and Sales to resolve issues, meet KPIs, and deliver excellent service. The role requires adaptability and a willingness to learn in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce, repair, service, and maintain ear moulds and hearing instruments to high standards.
• Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service BTE and ITE hearing instruments.
• Perform quality checks before returning products to customers.
• Process completed instruments and ear moulds with accurate documentation.
