Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of infection control principles, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to conduct effective training sessions for cleaning staff.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and inventory management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle emergencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Residing in or having close proximity to Queenstown is required for on-site duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the cleaning staff according to protocol.
