Job summary
Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC) is seeking a proactive professional to join the People & Performance team on a 12-month maternity cover. You will help maintain and evolve LIC's Health & Safety Management System, driving efficiency, user experience, and a positive safety culture across the business.
You will work across LIC to implement improvements, explore AI-enabled tools, and ensure systems align with best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with digital transformation, information management or organisational improvement.
- Experience reviewing, designing and improving business processes and systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decisions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Health & Safety processes, procedures and systems to drive consistency across the business.
- Integrate Health & Safety processes with wider business systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital tools, automation and AI to enhance outcomes.
- Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Work with teams to develop training, resources and guidance materials and support change adoption.
