Job summary

Qjumpers is looking for two Health Care Assistants to join our Enliven team on a permanent basis. Cashmere Home provides Rest Home and Hospital level of care, and Cashmere Heights offers dedicated Dementia care. You will work in a peer-supported environment focused on delivering high-quality care.

The roles are 56 hours per fortnight, night shifts 23:00–07:00, with rotating weekend days as described. You will support residents with daily living, promote independence, document care, and work

Qualifications

• Have a Level 3 or higher Health and Wellbeing Certificate
• Experience working in a hospital level of care or aged care
• Passionate about supporting the wellbeing of older people
• Patient, organised, and a strong team player
• Good verbal communication and documentation skills
• Be comfortable using a computer and keeping digital records

Job description

We are looking for two Health Care Assistants to join our team on a permanent basis. Cashmere Home provides Rest Home and Hospital level of care, and Cashmere Heights offers dedicated Dementia care.

You will work as part of an Enliven team in a peer-supported environment, where everyone wants to deliver great quality care to our residents and ensure they have a positive experience whilst living in our home. We value the flexibility you can bring with you as we appreciate every team member that can support our Home to be a great place to live and work.

The first position is 56 hours per fortnight working 23:00pm - 07:00am with days being Sunday Monday Tuesday one week and Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday the following week.

The second position is 56 hours per fortnight working 23:00pm - 07:00am with days being Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday one week and Thursday, Friday and Saturday the following week.

In this role you will:

• Provide daily living and care support to our Elders
• Encourage independence and resident-led decision making
