Lincoln University in New Zealand is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, digital channels and content that drive student recruitment, engagement and growth. This pivotal role translates University priorities into coordinated marketing plans and publications, working closely with cross-functional teams at Lincoln's Lincoln Campus.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing or communications role delivering successful campaigns.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with coaching and workload planning.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, social media, analytics, SEO and discoverability practices.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns supporting recruitment and engagement objectives.
• Translate University priorities into coordinated marketing plans, content and digital activity.
• Oversee website, social media and digital marketing performance, including SEO and digital analytics.
• Manage development of publications, marketing collateral and audience-focused content.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with coaching and direction.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Admissions, Student Experience and Strategic Communications to align activity with brand.
