Job summary

Mt Aspiring College in Wanaka invites applications for a Certificated teacher to lead the Technology learning area (Years 7–15) and contribute to curriculum changes.

We seek a leader with a strong understanding of the NZ Curriculum in technology, educational leadership aspirations or experience, and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive practice. You will work collaboratively with a creative team and engage diverse learners.

Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher

Mount Aspiring College is a year 7-13 school in Wanaka. We are a community school and provide an extensive technology programme supporting students to achieve excellent results and experience a broad range of technological skills.

We are seeking a leader (HOLA) who is wanting to support our students to be creative, curious, courageous and compassionate learners, and to lead an experienced and dynamic learning area, as we implement curriculum changes.

This is a full time, permanent position. Please state your area of technology teaching.
