Job summary

Blenheim Mr. Builder and Renovator Limited seeks an Apprentice Carpenter to join our team in Blenheim. The successful applicant will carry out a range of carpentry and building-related tasks on projects.

Key responsibilities include measuring, cutting, framing, flooring, roofing, cladding, doors, windows, installing and repairing timber structures, and using tools safely. This is a full-time permanent role with 40–50 hours per week at NZD 27.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials and construction methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to undertake the requirements of the role.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Having own vehicle/tools and NZ full driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
