Job summary

Canstaff is seeking a Hard Landscaper for ongoing work in Canterbury. You’ll be involved in a range of outdoor landscaping tasks, including retaining walls, fencing, paving, deck building, and site preparation. We value reliability, physical fitness and teamwork.

Digger or machinery experience is an advantage; WTR endorsements a bonus. Competitive pay starting at $25+ per hour based on experience, with ongoing work and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or construction is required.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Ability to work safely and reliably in a team.

Responsibilities

• Construct retaining walls and fencing.
• Paving and pathway installation.
• Deck building and basic concrete boxing.
• General site preparation and digger operation (experience preferred).
• Supportive team environment and willingness to upskill.
