RYHR is seeking a Production Supervisor for a hands-on manufacturing environment in Whanganui. You will lead a small on-site team, organise daily work, and ensure quality while keeping operations moving. You will also learn the products thoroughly, preparing for future growth into Production Manager.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional travel to remote sites for 3–5 days per month. This position offers a pathway to higher responsibilities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hands-on production team in manufacturing or trades.
• Willingness to learn products and grow into Production Manager.
