Responsibilities

• Spend up to 3 months on the shop floor to become expert in processes.
• Take leading responsibility for day-to-day operation with another supervisor.
• Involve in administrative and maintenance tasks, 80/20 hands-on split.

• Provide support to the team and help create a positive work environment.
