Job summary

Canary Enterprises Ltd in Hamilton is seeking motivated Operators to join their manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor production machinery, set up and adjust equipment, and prepare ingredients and packaging.

This permanent, full-time role offers two shifts (6am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–11pm) with an afternoon shift allowance, a supportive team, ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in premium New Zealand dairy products sold globally.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Setting up and adjusting manufacturing equipment
• Preparing ingredients, packaging and production materials
• Filling, mixing, packing and stacking products
• Monitoring product quality throughout the production process
• Completing production records and documentation
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining housekeeping standards
• Assisting with machine changeovers
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Working safely and collaboratively to achieve daily production
