Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora invites applications for permanent part-time Health Care Assistants in the haemodialysis satellite unit at Whakatane Hospital. You will deliver holistic, patient-centred care to people living with chronic kidney disease, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Experience in renal care is desirable but not essential; we value a compassionate, team-focused mindset, and a commitment to professional growth within New Zealand's public health system.

Qualifications

• NZQA Level 3 or 4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and team player.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, dignified care to renal patients in a haemodialysis setting.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.
• Adapt to a fast-paced ward environment while maintaining safety and quality.
