Skyline Queenstown is seeking a casual Guest Services Host to deliver outstanding customer service and present a confident, professional presence to our guests.

You will assist with Skyline activities and our food & beverage outlets, and thrive working independently as well as in a team. A good level of fitness is needed for extended standing, and weekend/public holiday shifts are required.

Formación

As a casual Guest Services Host, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and presenting a professional, confident presence to our Skyline guests. You will offer assistance and provide information about Skyline activities and our food & beverage outlets. The successful candidate will be energetic, confident, and able to work both independently and proactively. You will maintain a high standard of personal presentation, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and communicate effectively with a wide range of guests. As this role involves being on your feet for extended periods, a good level of physical fitness is essential. You will also need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
