Job summary

KFC New Zealand is seeking a Team Member to perform restaurant duties, provide great guest service, and help keep the store clean and efficient.

You may cook when required, handle food safely, operate the register, take orders, and pack meals for takeaway. No formal qualifications required beyond basic level; friendly attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team are valued; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of NCEA Level 1 or working towards Level 1.
• Previous customer service or customer facing experience is favoured but not essential.
• Ability to understand written English and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow guest service guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate a register, take orders, handle payments and provide take-away service.
• Prepare food and pack orders, maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation measures.
• Coordinate with team to meet targets and assist when needed.
