Placements24 is recruiting a Guest Relations Manager for a well-regarded hotel in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. The role oversees guest services, VIP arrangements, and complaint handling, serving as the primary contact for guest inquiries and concerns.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, deep hospitality knowledge, and a passion for service excellence to drive guest loyalty and the hotel's reputation.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Guest Relations/Front Office role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong hospitality knowledge and service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee guest services including check-in/out, concierge, and bell desk.
• Develop strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Manage VIP arrivals/departures with personalised attention.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Maintain guest records to personalise future stays.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Train and supervise front desk and guest services staff.
